Frank Klingebiel, born in Salzgitter-Bad in 1964, married to Simone Klingebiel, two grown-up children. Qualified financial economist (FH) with professional stations in federal, state and municipal administration – at the head of his home town's city hall for almost two decades. Personal: active footballer and coach of SC Gitter's over-50s team, avowed Eintracht Braunschweig fan and often out and about with his family and his dog Monty.
